Shipping & Returns
PLEASE EXPECT CARRIER DELAYS DURING THE HOLIDAYS. We cannot be held responsible for them not meeting the regular USPS shipping estimates. Some items take the regular amount of time, yet others can take nearly 4x longer than usual.

- USPS is used for all orders under 16 oz
- USPS supports P.O. boxes
- Select domestic orders MAY ship UPS if they surpass 16 oz, if there is a suitable address for this carrier.
- Please allow for a 2-7 business days for your order to process before it is sent to the post office
Free shipping thresholds are: $50 after any discounts for the USA, and $200 after any discounts for the rest of the world. Some items are not eligible for free shipping, and that information is stated in the product description.
Shipping is calculated based on weight & class selected.
UNTRACKED MAIL OPTION:
Your item will be sent as flat mail, and will not include tracking. We offer this as a less expensive option, particularly for international mail that does not require being sent as a parcel and can be shipped flat, like prints and stickers. Please note, we CANNOT be held responsible to replace lost or stolen mail if this shipping profile is chosen, that is the risk attached to the lower price tag. By selecting the Flat Mail grade option, you are agreeing to these terms.
Please note INTL orders may take up to a couple months to arrive. Once your package is in the hands of USPS, we do not have access to any information, besides the tracking info that you are emailed upon shipment.
If a package is marked as 'delivered' by USPS in a tracking update, we cannot be held liable for the replacement of your item. USPS assumes the package as stolen, or as sent to a location that was not secure, and will not cover insurance on the item. Please make sure you are sending your package to a secure location. Any disputes on packages lost or stolen can be disputed through the post office through the buyer.
RETURNS:
Returns may be accepted circumstantially, though return postage fee will be deducted out of the total refund amount. Items must be unoriginal packaging, and MUST be unworn. No returns on customized items, or one of a kind pieces. please read all sizing details carefully to ensure items come as expected.
We can accommodate other shipping services including: UPS, FedEX, or DHL upon request. Please contact prior to ordering to set this option up.
Flora West processing and output times are 2-7 business days. Please note that shipping grades selected at checkout only reduce transit time in mail - not fulfillment time.
PRINT ON DEMAND ITEMS:
As a general rule, we do NOT accept returns on POD items due to sizing issues. Please contact us immediately if there is an issue with your item, and we will do everything we can to remedy it, however production & shipping on these items are all out of studio so we will work alongside our production partners to fix any issues.
Shipping on POD items are separate from any purchases that are being sent from our studio. Please be aware POD shipping costs are typically outside any of our shop promotions on shipping discounts.
